Exercise is something that every one of us needs to do. Young or old, it doesn’t matter. Even if you are seeing a doctor for weight loss, exercise should be a permanent part of your life. Without exercise, you are going to be in danger of obesity especially if your work is eating up your time. There are plenty of benefits that one can gain from being able to exercise even for a few minutes per day. But, for some, they find the time commitment daunting hence they avoid exercising. As for you, should you exercise or not?This is part of our functioning as consumers. Before you invest or commit into something, you naturally try to see if it’s worth your time, money or effort. Exercise Strengthens the Body
The one reason people exercise is they want to develop stronger muscles. You see, our bodies are highly adaptable and reactive. When our bodies are subjected to physical stress, it will naturally cause slight damages to the muscles. The body responds by building up the muscles and making them stronger in preparation for the next occurrence of that same physical stress. As a result, the body develops bigger and stronger muscles.
